Mission
The mission of Caprock Home Health Services, Inc. is
to provide safe and cost-efficient delivery of quality home health care
services to individuals in need of those services. Serving a person in their home and improving
a person's quality of life is Caprock's main objective. Caprock realizes that each person is a unique
individual with inherent dignity that is to be respected.
Philosophy
Caprock Home Health Services, Inc. is dedicated to the proposition that when health care can be safely and effectively delivered in the home rather than in an institutional setting, the home is the proper and appropriate setting for such care. We are dedicated to the development of quality programs that offer the client practical, realistic choices in home-based health care. We are committed to facilitating health care decisions that reflect the client's unique needs and preferences within the scope of eligibility for approved programs. We will assist the client in making health care choices that reflect the client's personal beliefs and values. Caprock works to promote and facilitate the client's health through direct Services, case management, client, caregiver, and family education, frequent, caring, and constructive communication between the client, agency personnel, and other appropriately involved disciplines regarding the provision of appropriate services.
